What we do

Cabinets Empire USA designs, supplies and installs kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, cabinet refacing and related kitchen and bath work in the Las Vegas valley. This website describes those services and lets you request a free in-home measure and a written quote. Using the site does not create a contract for work. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by you and by us.

Quotes, estimates and pricing

Price ranges shown on this site are general market ranges for the Las Vegas area, published to help you budget. They are not an offer, not a price list, and not binding. Your price comes from a written itemised quote after an in-home measure, and only that written quote is binding. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Product availability, lead times and material costs can change.

Photography and content

Photographs on this site show cabinetry and remodeling work carried out by Cabinets Empire USA. Some images show a project part-way through installation rather than a finished room. Photographs are shown to illustrate the style, finish and standard of our work; they are not offers, and no image should be read as a claim that your project will match a particular one in layout, cost or materials. Wood, paint and stone vary naturally, and finishes photograph differently under different light, so materials should be chosen from physical samples in our showroom rather than from a screen.

By submitting a quote request, service inquiry, or any contact form on this website, you acknowledge and agree that your submitted information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, project description, and location, may be shared with other vetted local professionals, contractors, or service providers in your area. This referral is made to ensure you receive timely, competitive, and relevant responses to your inquiry.

We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any third-party professional to whom your information may be referred. By using this website, you consent to this referral process.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Cabinets Empire USA and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability arising out of the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not affect our obligations under a signed contract for work.

Intellectual property

The design, text, photography, logos and layout of this site are owned by Cabinets Empire USA or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use in planning your project. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse the content commercially, or use our name or marks, without our written permission.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information when you request a quote, to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated means to extract content beyond ordinary search indexing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cabinets Empire USA, its owners, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or information you submit that is untrue or that you had no right to submit.
