The essentials.

Where is your showroom?

Our showroom is at 1920 Rock Springs Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89128, just east of Summerlin, off US-95 near Rainbow and Lake Mead. Call (702) 268-7959 before you head over and a designer will be ready for you.

Is the in-home estimate really free?

Every project starts with a free in-home estimate: a designer measures your actual kitchen or bath and follows up with a written itemized quote, at no cost and no obligation. 3D design is offered as part of the design process and is quoted separately.

Are you a licensed contractor?

Installation runs under a Nevada contractor license. Ask for the license number with your quote, and verify any Nevada contractor at nvcontractorsboard.com before hiring them. We think you should hold everyone to that standard, including us.

What areas do you serve?

The entire Las Vegas valley and surrounding communities within roughly 40 miles: Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, Southern Highlands, Mountain’s Edge, Spring Valley, Centennial Hills, Aliante, North Las Vegas, Silverado Ranch, Lake Las Vegas and Boulder City.

How fast can my project start?

Design and quoting can start right away. Made-to-order cabinetry has to be built before it can be installed and refacing can often start sooner, so if you want a new kitchen before the holidays, fall projects reward an early start.

What is the "Luxury for Life" promise?

It’s about what we specify and how we finish: materials chosen for this climate so the kitchen still looks right in year ten, and an installation done to a standard we’ll stand behind. Ask for the written warranty terms with your quote, you should get them in writing from any contractor.

Kitchen Cabinets.

How much do custom kitchen cabinets cost in Las Vegas?

Across the Las Vegas market, most full kitchen cabinet projects run $12,000–$40,000 installed, depending on kitchen size, wood species and door style. Semi-custom lines start lower; fully custom builds with premium woods run higher. Your exact number comes from a free in-home measure, as a written itemized quote.

How long does a kitchen cabinet project take?

Timelines depend on the cabinet line and the scope, and we give you real dates in writing rather than an average. We schedule installation only when everything has arrived and been inspected, so your kitchen is never torn up waiting on a missing cabinet.

Do you replace cabinets or can you work with my existing layout?

Both. If your layout works, we replace like-for-like and you keep your countertops where possible. If it doesn’t, our designers rework the layout in 3D so you can see the new kitchen before anything is ordered.

Plywood or particle board, does it matter in Las Vegas?

Yes, more than almost anywhere else. Particle board swells with any moisture and sags under heat over time. Plywood boxes hold screws better, tolerate our temperature swings, and survive the occasional dishwasher leak. We’ll show you both in the showroom so you can feel the difference.

Do you install cabinets you didn’t sell?

Our installation work centers on cabinetry we supply, which is how we can stand behind the finished kitchen end to end. If you already purchased cabinets, call us, for some projects we can take on installation alone.

Bathroom Vanities.

How much does a custom bathroom vanity cost in Las Vegas?

Across the Las Vegas market, most custom vanity projects run $2,500–$8,000 installed depending on size, wood, top material and plumbing scope. A double master vanity with a stone top sits at the upper end; a powder-room vanity at the lower. Your written quote follows a free measure.

How disruptive is a vanity swap?

It is the shortest job we do. If the plumbing lines up and the top is templated in advance, the old vanity comes out and the new one goes in without touching tile or moving rough-ins. We confirm your dates in writing before we start.

Do you do floating vanities?

Yes. Wall-mounted vanities need proper blocking in the wall, that structural mounting is part of the install scope we quote, and it’s where DIY floating vanities usually go wrong.

Do you supply the countertop and sink too?

Yes, vanity, top, sink and faucet can run through one order and one coordinated installation, so you’re not lining up three vendors for one bathroom.

Cabinet Refacing.

How much does cabinet refacing cost in Las Vegas?

Across the Las Vegas market, typical refacing projects run $5,000–$15,000 depending on kitchen size and door selection, usually 40–60% less than full replacement. A written, itemized quote follows a free in-home inspection.

How long does refacing take?

Your kitchen stays largely usable during the work, and we give you real dates in writing rather than an average.

Is refacing worth it, or should I just replace?

Refacing is worth it when the boxes are sound and the layout works; replacement is worth it when either fails. The honest answer requires looking inside your cabinets, which is why our quotes start with an inspection, not a phone estimate.

Can you add features during refacing?

Yes, soft-close hinges and slides, pull-out shelves, lazy Susans, and drawer organizers can all be added while we’re in there.

Good to know

Cabinet Installation.

How long does cabinet installation take?

It depends on the size and the scope, and a vanity is a much shorter job than a full kitchen. We work it out at the measure and confirm your dates in writing before any work starts.

Who actually installs my cabinets?

Installers working under our contractor license and our supervision. Either way, one company is accountable for the finished kitchen: the one that designed it.

Do you handle demolition and haul-away?

Yes, removal and disposal of existing cabinetry is quoted as a clear line item with your installation, so you see exactly what it covers.

My floors and walls aren’t level. Is that a problem?

It’s normal, almost no Las Vegas home is perfectly level or plumb. Correcting for it with shims and scribes is a standard part of professional installation, and it’s most of what separates pro results from DIY.

Kitchen & Bath Remodeling.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Las Vegas in 2026?

Across the Las Vegas market, most kitchen remodels run $20,000–$65,000, with most full-kitchen projects across the Las Vegas market landing between $25,000 and $50,000 including cabinets, counters, flooring and appliances. Cosmetic refreshes start around $8,000; full reconfigurations with moved walls or plumbing can exceed $80,000.

How long does a full kitchen remodel take?

Cabinet lead times drive the schedule more than the install does, which is why ours start with the cabinetry already secured. You get real dates in writing once the design is approved.

Do I need permits for a kitchen remodel in Clark County?

Cosmetic work (cabinets, counters, paint) generally doesn’t require permits. Moving plumbing, gas or electrical does, and Clark County fees typically run 1–3% of project cost. Where permits are required, the project is scoped so the right licensed trades pull them.

Can I stay in my house during the remodel?

Almost everyone does. Work is staged to keep water usable as long as possible and the rest of the house livable. We’ll tell you honestly which days will be the loud ones.
